Within the Infrakraft Group, we have gathered nearly 700 of Sweden's leading experts in railway, road construction, and civil engineering, making us one of the most sought-after players in the industry. From personal experience, we know that the best way to achieve success in our operations is to provide good opportunities for driven individuals. Therefore, we are looking for colleagues with their own ideas who want the freedom and opportunity to develop their careers alongside some of the best entrepreneurs in the industry!

About the position

Infrakraft is now seeking a purchasing coordinator. At Infrakraft, we want most purchases to continue to be made by the line organization, but as the group grows, the need for coordination and support increases, which is what the purchasing coordinator will contribute to. With us, you will work as a support for the organization, monitoring our customers' requirements, engaging in dialogue with suppliers, and driving overall improvement work with a focus on projects.

In this role, you will:

• Support project purchasers with expertise in subject matters (Transport Administration and industry requirements) and act as support during internal and external supplier audits.

• Communicate with our suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that capacity exists to meet current requirements and to develop further as requirements tighten. This also includes foreign suppliers/subcontractors.

• Own Infrakraft's purchasing templates, governing documents, and digital tools for purchasing. Further develop structured working methods for purchasing in collaboration with the line organization and other central support functions.

• Document, administer, and update contract templates as our customers' requirements change.

• Administer Infrakraft's central purchasing agreements. In dialogue with the line organization and other central support functions, ensure that our framework agreements are relevant and facilitate effective purchasing in the line.

Competencies and personal qualities

To have the right background for the role, you should have experience in purchasing and logistics, preferably within the construction industry.

Furthermore, you are structured, organized, communicative, and good at collaborating. You work proactively and solution-oriented. Since you will have many points of contact, it is beneficial if you enjoy handling many issues simultaneously and appreciate relationship building. We want you to be “hungry,” eager to develop and take responsibility. You will grow with the role and get to know many colleagues in various locations across the country.

You should be interested and have an easy time immersing yourself in new technical areas and new IT tools. Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English.

Application

You apply via the “send application” button. We do not accept applications that are only submitted via email. All applications are processed continuously.

We strive to be an attractive employer and provide equal opportunities for all, and our staff composition should reflect society at large, which is why we warmly welcome both women and men of different ages and backgrounds. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Location: Infrakraft's head office, Karlstad
